Sydney is located on the south-east coast of Australia. It is the largest and most populated city in Australia and the state capital of New South Wales. Port Location – Cruise ships dock at the Overseas Passenger Terminal Circular Quay and Wharf 8 Darling Harbour. Both are located in downtown Sydney, within walking distance of the main shopping and tourist districts.

The New South Wales long distance train service CountryLink, runs at least daily services to Sydney from Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra and many regions of New South Wales including the Mid-North Coast, New England, the Central West and the Southern Highlands. It also services Broken Hill weekly.
